Özet: The aim of this investigation is; to display the problems of physical education teachers who are responsible to execute the physical education lessons in schools that belongs to general secondary education department in Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC). The future of the nations depends on grown up and growing up youths’ physical, intellectual and emotional maturation. This is possible with contemporary planned and programmed education activities. For this purpose, the population of this investigation covers the physical education teachers in Lefkoşa, Girne, Gazi Mağusa and Güzelyurt region secondaryschools and highschools. Physical education teachers in related schools ages between 22-25 are the sample of the investigation. The questionnaire composed of 42 questions which reliability and validity are already set applied to 44 female and 55 male active physical education teacher. Likert type 5 grade scale used for the matters related to the questionnaire and SPSS 10,0 statistical package used to analyse the datas. In investigation, frequency (F) and percentage (%) were used to define the relations between education programs, students, other teachers, adminstrators, environment and the elements compose the school of related physical education teachers. When the results of 44 female and 55 male physical education teachers who participated to questionnaire examined, generally physical education teachers display the idea of “definitely agree” with the efficieny of education program %45, physical education programs satisfy the students needs %48, The efficiency of the other physical education teachers %59, the contribution of the school adminstration to physical education teachers %42, the contribution of the enviromental factors to physical education courses %44, and the effects of the organizational structure of the school to execution of the physical education lessons %56.
