This article is prepared to exemplify the use of the way of knowing four in gynaecological examination. By
getting women ready for the examination and using the way of knowing four during the gynaecological examination, the nurse
will provide women to have their gynaecological examinations regularly. Additionally, the way of knowing four will
contribute to the improvement of the knowledge of nursing. Knowing empirically defines the scientific competence of the
nurse, the moral of knowing ethics and ethical manners, having knowledge of knowing personally and using the skills
effectively and knowing aesthetics that could change from one patient to another. Consequently, nursing in educational
curricula will open up an opportunity of making the knowledge of using the ways of empiric, aesthetics and personal knowing.
Besides, it will enable to protect the rights of the patients so the patients will receive better treatment from the nurses.
