<br/><br/>  This article is prepared to exemplify the use of the way of knowing four in gynaecological examination. By<br/>getting women ready for the examination and using the way of knowing four during the gynaecological examination, the nurse<br/>will provide women to have their gynaecological examinations regularly. Additionally, the way of knowing four will<br/>contribute to the improvement of the knowledge of nursing. Knowing empirically defines the scientific competence of the<br/>nurse, the moral of knowing ethics and ethical manners, having knowledge of knowing personally and using the skills<br/>effectively and knowing aesthetics that could change from one patient to another. Consequently, nursing in educational<br/>curricula will open up an opportunity of making the knowledge of using the ways of empiric, aesthetics and personal knowing.<br/>Besides, it will enable to protect the rights of the patients so the patients will receive better treatment from the nurses.
